(SBU) On June 6, PolOff delivered Reftel talking points to
MFA International Organizations (IO) Deputy Director Nubia
Lezcano. Lezcano forwarded the talking points to IO Director
Javier Bonagas, who did not have a response for Embassy as of
June 16. Lezcano also delivered copies of talking points to
MFA Human Rights officer Janio Tunion. Embassy will report
any further developments to the Department.
