The first LC is drawn in favor of the Pakistan Ordinance Factory for $1.12 million of ammunition rounds. The second is drawn in favor of M/S Poly Technologies of Beijing for $0.8 million in NATO ammunition and hand grenades. Dated July 19, the letters come from the Nepal Rastra Bank on behalf of the RNA Master General of Ordinance. We have faxed both letters to SA/INS for follow-up as appropriate. MULFORD
