Poloff Delivered reftel demarche to Royal Bhutanese Embassy
Second Secretary Karma Thinley on August 4. Thinley stated
he must coordinate a response with the RGOB and would forward
our points to Thimphu. Mission will follow-up on this and
other UN reform issues during a late August visit to Bhutan.
