(S) PolMilOff raised the points in Ref A regarding Indian firms Aron Hurley Koncepts and KG Global's possible transfer of sensitive equipment to Iran in a July 8 meeting with MEA Under Secretary, Disarmament and International Security (DISA),Nutan Kapoor. PolMilOff also gave Kapoor a non-paper about the cases. ¶2. (S) Kapoor noted that the UK High Commission had already contacted the GOI about the Aron Hurley Koncepts case. She stated that the GOI would provide a response to the USG non-paper. ¶3. (S) Regarding KG Global, she appreciated the additional information about the nature of the transaction, but referred to the GOI response on KG Global during the visit of A/S Rademaker on June 16, stating that the GOI has decided to hold a hearing on the firm's activities, but the GOI had previously determined that the specific transaction questioned by the US did not, in fact, happen (Ref B).
