Embassy Maputo requests country clearance for Ms. Brooke Williams, Econ/Poloff, to visit Johannesburg and Gaborone over the period October 10 - November 4, 2005. The purpose of Ms. Williams' travel is to attend the USDA Trade and Investment conference in Johannesburg and conduct consultations at the Trade Hub in Gaborone. ¶2. Embassy Maputo requests hotel arrangements be made by Embassy Gaborone for Ms. Williams; we understand that hotel arrangements have already been made by Johannesburg for her stay there. Ms. Williams intends to be in Johannesburg over the period October 30 - November 1 and in Gaborone over the period November 1 - November 4. Specific flight information will follow via email. ¶3.
