Shaikho affirmed that Bahrain stands firmly against genocide of any kind, be it directed against Jews or anyone else. He said the Holocaust genocide was a humanitarian issue that should not be politicized. The Bahraini mission in New York was in contact with GCC, Arab, and Islamic delegations at the UN on developing a joint position.
