1. MFA International Disarmament Affairs Ambassador Tomas
Rodriguez Pantoja informed ESTHOFF August 1 that Industry
Ministry Deputy Director General for Foreign Trade in Defense
and Double Use Equipment Antonio Segura will be one of the
two GOS representatives to attend the September 20-22
International Export Control Conference in Stockholm. Segura

2. Rodriguez Pantoja said the second GOS participant would
come from the Spanish Customs Service but that the
July/August vacation period had delayed the nomination of the
