On July 11, EconOff delivered reftel talking points and
information to Technical Advisor for UN Affairs Carmen Bujan
Freire at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and to Secretary of
State for the Economy David Vegara. The recipients had no
substantive reaction regarding the reftel content. Bujan
promised to forward the information in a confidential manner
to the appropriate authorities and reiterated the GOS desire
to maintain continued cooperation with the USG on terrorist
finance issues in the wake of the London bombings.
