Informal embassy translation of the main points is as follows: The government of the Dominican Republic advises that it will present its candidate for reelection to the Executive Council of the World Tourism Organization in the elections scheduled for November 25 in Dakar, Senegal. The Dominican embassy hopes that the diplomatic missions in Spain will give consideration to its candidate. End translation. ¶3.
