Embassy Madrid ESTH Officer Ken Forder hopes to participate in reftel conference June 20-24. Confirmation of his participation depends on financial arrangements. Total cost of participation is expected to run USD 2,668.00. This breaks down as follows: Round Trip airfare Madrid to Washington D.C. - 1,250.00 Taxis (including airport to hotel and back) - 175.00 6 nights hotel - 918.00 6.5 days of M, I and E - 325.00. ¶2. Embassy Madrid only has resources to fund the travel component of the trip (round trip airfare and taxis - USD 1,425.00). Forder would be able to attend the conference if the Department could fund lodging and M, I and E expenses (USD 1,243.00).
