1. Econoff delivered reftel points 28 December to Bostjan
Jerman, MFA security policy staffer, and Oliver Dajic, MFA
desk officer for North America. Both Jerman and Dajic
understood the USG's dismay at the EIB decision and said they
would immediately pass along the information within the MFA.
Due to Christmas and New Year's holidays, a large percentage
of GOS workers are on leave this week. Post will provide a
readout of discussions with officials in the GOS who work on
EIB matters following their return next week.
