1. Econoff delivered reftel points 28 December to Oliver
Dajic, North America desk officer at the MFA. Dajic said he
would pass along the information within the MFA. Contacts on
the MFA's Russia desk as well as at the Ministry of the
Economy that deal with natural gas matters were all on leave
for the Christmas and New Year holidays. Post will provide a
readout of discussions with appropriate contacts following
their return next week.
