¶1. (U) Econoff delivered reftel talking points 15 November to
Ales Zabukovec of the Maritime Office in the Slovene Ministry
of Transportation. In an official reply on 18 November,
Zabukovec said that Slovenia would "do what is in its power"
to support the U.S. candidacy.
