REF: LJUBLJANA 0724

1. On 6 October, Embassy Ljubljana used funds from a
Business Facilitation Incentive Fund grant to host a
seminar on agricultural coexistence in Slovenia. As
reported reftel, the event was the first ever of its kind
hosted by Post and helped pave the way for open, science-
based debate on biotechnology and coexistence. The
following is an accounting of funds spent to host the
conference. The amounts are given in USD.

Conference Room and equipment rental 2,567.51
Overtime for drivers and FSN 341.53
Total: 2,909.04

2. In addition to BFIF funds, Post is grateful for
support from FAS, which paid for simultaneous
interpretation and the cost of printing invitations and
other promotional material. U.S. speaker stipends and
travel costs were covered by a grant from IIP.
