SUBJECT: CLEARANCE FOR NIH'S PROPOSED AWARD OF RESEARCH

From the standpoint of U.S. foreign policy implications, Post
has no objections to NIH's proposed award of research project
entitled "Epidemiology of Abruptio Placentae in Peru" as
described in reftel.
Post would appreciate a brief semiannual status report on
this project and affiliated American citizens in country.
