We delivered reftel demarche to Vicky Elmore, Advisor to the
Vice Minister of Trade, Ministry of Trade and Tourism; Julio
Paz, lead agricultural negotiator for Free Trade Agreements
at the Ministry of Agriculture; and Teresa Mera, Director of
Trademark Office at Indecopi (Peru's IPR administrator) on
November 22. To date, we have no received a substantive
response from the GOP. We will report septel any
information obtained about the GOP's position.
