In response to reftel request, Post issued a press release on
September 28 and transmitted a diplomatic note on October 19
to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) officially notifying
the GOK of the redesigned U.S. $10 notes and requesting the
MFA to circulate the background paper (points based on
reftel) internally and to the Finance Ministry and Central
Bank of Kuwait for further distribution. Post has requested
(via email to Ellen Gano) and will distribute upon receipt
public education materials cited in reftel.
