Upon learning of the transfer approval for five Kuwaiti detainees from Guantanamo, the FM said, "We (the GOK) are going to try them." He continued: "Thank you very much. Your response was prompt. It sends a positive message." (Note: Shaykh Mohammed was referring to the response to the request to the President by PM Shaykh Sabah during is visit in July, 2005.) LEBARON
