Embassy Kuwait received a condolence letter for Secretary Rumsfeld from Kuwaiti Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah. In my name and on behalf of all military and civilian individuals affiliated to the Ministry of Defense, I submit our deepest condolences to you and to the friendly American people, for the loss and devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina.
