Al-Jarallah added that although the GOK's position has already been determined, Kuwait will still consult with counterparts at three levels (GCC, Arab League and Organization of Islamic Conferences) on the matter. He mentioned that many diplomats have visited him to ask for GOK support for UNSC reform proposals, but until now the Kuwaitis had not revealed their opposition.
