¶1. Foreign Minister Raymond Ramizani Baya told the
Ambassador at a meeting on January 19 that he would be
heading the Congo's delegation to the AU Summit in Abuja.
In answer to the Ambassador's follow-up question, Ramazani
said he did not expect President Kabila to attend.
¶2. Informed that PDAS Amb. Rannenberger would be at the
summit, Ramizani said he would be happy to exchange views
with him, but did not request a separate meeting.
