(SBU) Ambassador-at-Large Andre Kaponga told DCM on January 20 the DRC delegation to the February 2 Tripartite will "probably" be headed by Minister of Regional Cooperation Mbusa Nyamwisi. (Note: Foreign Minister Ramazani told the Ambassador on January 18 that he would not be able to attend since he has a long-standing commitment in India at that time. End note.) Kaponga will also attend, along with Ambassador-at-Large Antoine Ghonda. Kaponga added that the DRC will also send 2-4 experts for the technical meeting on February 1. ¶2.
