In a March 14 meeting with Shorna-Kay Richards of the
International Organizations Department, Ministry of Foreign
Affairs and Foreign Trade (MFAFT),Pol/Econ Chief conveyed
reftel points and handed Richards a copy of the Secretary's
March 11 statement. Richards reviewed the information and
thanked P/E Chief, but offered no substantive comment.
