¶1. (SBU) Embassy Kingston has suspended normal operations for
all of Thursday July 7 due to the proximity of Hurricane
Dennis to the Jamaica mainland. Post will resume normal ops
on July 8 and will convene EAC as directed. In the interim,
post does not consider a terrorist attack in Jamaica likely.
