Tighe for Reasons 1.4 (D) an d (H) (S) On July 6, Poloff met with Angella Brown, Deputy Director, International Organizations Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade (MFAFT),to deliver reftel talking points and a printed copy of the Executive Order signed on June 29. Brown welcomed the information and asked whether the USG had collaborated with the UN Counter-Terrorism Committee (CTC) on this matter. Brown said that those entities identified as WMD proliferators in the Executive Order should also be identified in UN CTC's list of terrorists. She also requested that a copy of the Executive Order be forwarded to the Ministry of National Security, which coordinates the GOJ's counter-terrorism efforts. TIGHE
