ANGELO DORTO TRIP REPORT - GENEVA ¶1. IMTS/T ANGELO DORTO visited Post from 09/26/2005 to 09/30/2005. ¶2. Purpose of Visit: Assist post with numerous PBX issues. ¶3. Personnel Contacted: ¶A. IPO - Janice Metzger ¶B. IMS - Cathy Gaupo ¶4. Work Completed: ¶A. Relocated IDF to an acceptable location. ¶B. Removed unused wiring. ¶C. Resolved PC attendant volume issue. ¶D. Installed / repaired phones in CAA area. ¶E. Identified unused wiring for removal. ¶F. Installed ALGO threat recorder ¶5. Preventative Maintenance tasks: ¶A. System backup performed. ¶B. Adjusted rectifiers for PBX. ¶C. Inspected Shumway units. ¶6. Action Required: ¶A. Removal of identified wiring. ¶7. Comments: The recent installation of this system appeared to have been rushed and was the direct result of a number of the issues and outages. Wiring was loosely punched and not dressed neatly. One CAA phone's wiring did not reach the IDF. The ALGO had no recorded history and a persistent error message. Apparently it was not properly installed. ¶8.
