CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO US AIRCRAFT ¶1. (U) This is an urgent action request. See para 3 and 4. ¶2. (SBU) The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) of Ireland has set March 7, 2005 as the new trial date for O'Reilly, Moran and Others charged with criminally damaging US Military Aircraft at Shannon Airport, in January ¶2003. Trial will take place at the Dublin Circuit Court. -------------- WITNESSES REQUESTED -------------- ¶3.
