On August 4, Emboff delivered reftel points to Department of
Foreign Affairs UN/International Terrorism and Illicit Drugs
section Third Secretary Eoin Duggan. Duggan said the GOI had
no knowledge of the three Moroccan Islamic Combatant Group
(GICM) names added to the UN 1267 Sanctions Committee
designation by Italy or GICM connections to Ireland and will
forward background information to Central Bank and
Departments of Justice and Finance officials for reference.
