(S) On May 18, Emboff delivered reftel points and background
papers to Department of Foreign Affairs, UN/International
Terrorism and Illicit Drugs section, Third Secretary Eoin
Duggan. Duggan said he has no knowledge of Islamic Jihad
Group (IJG) connections to Ireland and will forward
background information to Department of Finance, Central Bank
and Department of Justice officials for reference.
