On April 4, Emboff delivered reftel points to Margaret
Stanley, Third Secretary, Americas Desk at the Department of
Foreign Affairs. Stanley said that at this time, Ireland has
no plans to engage in lobbying efforts to support the CHR
Resolution on Cuba.
