On December 7, Emboff delivered reftel points to Department
of Foreign Affairs UN/International Terrorism and Illicit
Drugs section Third Secretary Jane Anne Duffy. Duffy said
the GOI had no knowledge of any activities or connections to
Ireland of the three Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG) leaders mentioned
in reftel. She added that she will forward background
information to the Central Bank and Departments of Justice
and Finance officials for reference.
