(S) On December 7, Emboff delivered reftel points to
Department of Foreign Affairs UN/International Terrorism and
Illicit Drugs section Third Secretary Jane Anne Duffy. Duffy
said the GOI had no knowledge of any activities or
connections to Ireland of Al-Manar or its broadcasts as
mentioned in reftel. She added that she will forward reftel
information to the Central Bank and Departments of Justice
and Finance officials for reference.
