On September 20, Emboff delivered reftel points to Department
of Foreign Affairs UN/International Terrorism and Illicit
Drugs section First Secretary Maurice Biggar. Biggar said
the GOI had no knowledge of any activities or connections of
Dr. Abdul Latif Saleh to Ireland and will forward background
information to Central Bank and Departments of Justice and
Finance officials for reference.
