On September 16, Emboff delivered reftel points to Department
of Foreign Affairs UN/International Terrorism and Illicit
Drugs section First Secretary Maurice Biggar. Biggar said
the GOI had no knowledge of Al-Akhtar Trust International
activities or connections to Ireland and will forward
background information to Central Bank and Departments of
Justice and Finance officials for reference.
