SUBJECT: DJIBOUTIAN HIGH-LEVEL ATTENDANCE AT UNGA
¶1. (SBU) Djibouti has confirmed that its delegation to UNGA
from September 10-20th will include President Ismail Omar
Guelleh, Minister of Foreign Affairs Mahamoud Ali Youssouf,
and Djiboutian Ambassador to Addis Ababa Ibrahim Mohamed
Kamil. Protocol for the Ministry of the Presidency informed
Post that none of the high-level members of the delegation
will travel with their spouses. Protocol also said
arrangements for interpreters and bilateral meeting are being
taken care of by Ambassador Olhaye in Washington.
