¶1. On August 16, 2005, Embassy Djibouti (Charge
Howard L. McGowan and GSO Marissa Scott) received
the title to the Haramous property, delivered to
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the purchase
price check and the implementation letter, and
closed on the NEC Site. The land is now ours.
