The U.S. Mission in Djibouti currently consists of five USG agencies: State, USAID, DOD/CENTCOM, which is represented by a military liaison officer called USLO, Navy Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS),and IBB. ¶2. State, AID USLO and NCIS will be collocated on the NEC. ¶3. IBB broadcasts from an US Government owned facility located on a parcel of land granted for this use by the host government. Radio Television Djibouti, the host government broadcasting authority, is contracted to operate and maintain the USG facility. There are no resident IBB employees in Djibouti. The station manager, resident in Morocco, makes periodic TDY visits, as do members of IBB FSN Moroccan staff. No collocation issue is thus foreseen with IBB. ¶4.
