Djiboutian administrative personnel were present as well, to both provide access keys and to monitor the equipment test. 2.Following inspection of the equipment, KBR maintenance manager, Mr. Lynn Ray, and recovery specialist, Mr. Clint Landrum started and operated the incinerator. The engine started immediately and all components of the equipment operated normally. BALL L
