¶1. (C) Charge called on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Director of Bilateral Relations Mohamed Ali Hassan on
November 15 to seek support on the subject resolution.
Charge urged the Government of Djibouti to vote with the
United States on this issue. Mr. Hassan said he would convey
the request to the appropriate officials and would inform the
embassy of the government's position.
