(U) AmEmbassy Dhaka requests country clearance for Mr. Sayed Sarwer Hussain, Agricultural Specialist and Ms. Ferdousi Ara, Administrative Assistant, USDA/FAS for their travel to India from January 11 through January 15, 2006. ¶2. (U) The purpose of their travel is to attend the FAS Strategic Planning Conference to be held in New Delhi from January 12 to January 13, 2006. They will avail one personal stay in New Delhi on January 14, 2006 before returning to Dhaka. ¶3. (U) The above referenced party will be arriving in New Delhi on January 11, 2006 at 1830 hours on AI 521 and will be departing same location on January 15, 2006 on IC 401 at 0700 hours.
