¶1. (C) During an August 4 meeting with PMO Foreign Affairs
Advisor Reaz Rahman, Charge handed over a nonpaper based on
reftel talking points, stressing the reality, rationale, and
impact of our actions related to Gitmo.
¶2. (C) Rahman thanked her for the information, but had no
substantive response.
