¶1. (SBU) 0n April 25, P/E counselor and RLA presented to
Home Ministry Joint Secretary Mohammed Muhsin reftel text for
initiating a new training and technical assistance program
for BDG law enforcement personnel involved in combating
trafficking in persons.
¶2. (SBU) Muhsin strongly welcomed the proposal and undertook
to respond to us as soon as BDG officials had reviewed the
program's details and the proposed text.
