Secretary Leavitt RE President's Emergency Plan
SIPDIS
On April 29, USAID HIV/AIDS Officer informed the Health
Ministry's National AIDS Control Director, Dr. Bwijo Bwijo,
of HHS Secretary Leavitt's invitation. The written
invitation is being transmitted separately to the Health
Ministry, via courier. Dr. Bwijo confirmed that Health
Minister Anna Abdallah would head up Tanzania's delegation
to the 58th World Health Assembly. Dr. Bwijo also confirmed
that Minister Abdallah planned to attend the discussion with
Secretary Leavitt.
