1. (U) Pol/Econ Officer delivered talking points from
reftel on June 15 to Anisa Mbega of the Office for
Multilateral Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs. Mbega received the talking points and said
she would pass them immediately to Tanzania's delegate
in Paris, who would consult with the US delegation
there.
