(SBU) Poloff delivered reftel demarche to Sumedha Ekanayake,
the Foreign Ministry's Assistant Director for UN and
Multilateral Affairs, on July 12. Ekanayake said his
government strongly supports the Comprehensive Convention on
International Terrorism (CCIT) and looks forward to USG
assistance and collaboration in passing the CCIT at the
upcoming UN session.
