Dr. Aly told poloff that the GOE is well aware of the USG's position on the Israeli matter. He said that, for now, the GOE supports avoiding substantive discussion of the issue, but noted that the status quo could not continue indefinitely. He added that there is growing frustration among Arab countries over the perceived failure to address non-proliferation issues.
