(SBU) Post delivered reftel demarche to Walid El Nozahy, Head
of the WTO Department, Ministry of Foreign Trade and
Industry. El Nozahy said that the EC proposal was not in
Egypt's interest and that he would instruct the GOE
delegation in Geneva not to support it.
