(SBU) DCM delivered reftel points September 30 to Stefan
Rozkopal, MFA Director of CIS and Balkan Peninsula Countries,
and Karol Mistrik, MFA Director of the Department of
Disarmament, OSCE, and Counter-Terrorism. They both agreed
with the U.S. position; Rozkopal told us "Slovakia is on
board; you can rely on us."
