HR REPORTING CONFERENCE

(U) Embassy Bangkok will send its Human Rights Officer,
Anthony Tranchina, to attend the two-day "Democracy and Human
Rights Officers" conference to be held September 26-27, 2005
in Washington, D.C. Expected date of arrival in Washington,
DC is Saturday, September 24, 2005 and expected date of
departure is October 2, 2005. Post will inform the Department
as soon as a final itinerary has been confirmed.
