¶1. (U) Poloff delivered reftel talking points to Urawadee
Sriphiromya of the MFA Department of ASEAN Affairs. Urawadee
said the RTG was appreciative of the United States'
willingness to con-chair the ARF/ISG in Honolulu, October
17-19, 2005, and as dialogue partners, looked forward to
coordinating the announcement with the U.S. delegation at the
ARF SOM in Vientiane on May 20.
